Shipping

All prints from Judy Mac Gallery and Judy Mac Print Studio are produced to order and carefully prepared before dispatch.

Processing time

  • Prints are produced and quality-checked within 2–3 working days
  • Once printed, each piece is allowed time to rest before packing to ensure optimal condition on arrival

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been dispatched.

 

Delivery

  • Orders are shipped via The Courier Guy
  • Delivery times vary by location, but typically range from 2–5 working days within South Africa
  • International shipping timelines may vary depending on destination and customs clearance

Please ensure your delivery details are accurate at checkout, as we are unable to redirect parcels once shipped.

 

Packaging

  • Prints are carefully rolled and packed in protective tube mailers
  • This method ensures the artwork arrives safely and in excellent condition

We recommend allowing the print to rest flat for a short period after unpacking before framing.

 

Returns & Exchanges

Because each print is made to order, we are unable to offer returns or exchanges for change of mind.

Damaged or incorrect orders

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • A brief description of the issue
  • Clear photographs of the packaging and print

We will assess the issue promptly and arrange a replacement where appropriate.

 

Please note

  • Slight variations in colour may occur due to screen calibration and are not considered defects
  • Natural characteristics of fine art paper are part of its quality and individuality
