Returns & Exchanges

Because each print is made to order, we are unable to offer returns or exchanges for change of mind.

Damaged or incorrect orders

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • A brief description of the issue
  • Clear photographs of the packaging and print

We will assess the issue promptly and arrange a replacement where appropriate.

 

Please note

  • Slight variations in colour may occur due to screen calibration and are not considered defects
  • Natural characteristics of fine art paper are part of its quality and individuality
